Loan Application Instructions
Welcome to InterBanc Mortgage's PRINT Loan Application.
If you would like to apply for a mortgage loan with InterBanc Mortgage and prefer NOT to complete the online application, you may print and complete the Loan Questionnaire Form.
In order to complete this application, you will need employment and income information for two years, bank account information including addresses and account numbers, credit card, installment and auto loan information including account numbers, payments and balances and mortgage loan information including lender, account number and monthly payment.

Please sign both forms (Loan Application Form and the Authorization Form).
You do NOT need to complete the Loan Application form. Only your signature is required, since you will have already completed the Loan Questionnaire.
The checklist explains the additional documents you may need to include with your application.
