Application
Please take the time to fill out this
application. In order to complete this application, you will
need employment and income information for two years, bank
account information including addresses and account numbers,
credit card, installment and auto loan information including
account numbers, payments and balances and mortgage loan
information including lender, account number and monthly
payment.
Once you complete the application your confidential information is captured on a secure website. Then it is automatically transmitted to InterBanc Mortgage Services via electronic mail. One of our mortgage professionals will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your various options.
The following screens are the Uniform Residential Loan Application Form. This form should be completed by the Borrower or Co-Borrower.
After completing the application, you will see a checklist. This is a list of things you may need to include with your application. These additional documents cannot be completed online. You can mail them to us. Our mailing instructions are included on the checklist.
